Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 1 day/24hrs of the reserved time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 3 days/72hrs of the reserved time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee*. Appointments cancelled within 5 days/120hrs of the reserved time will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling due to inclement weather will not be subject to a reschedule fee. *Percentage calculated from the price of the services reserved.
